CF5540GJY Aircraft Refueller can be divided into basic parts: a chassis, a fuel tank ,and a front cabinet.pumping system, pneumatic system, hydraulic system and the electrical system. lt can be used for theaircraft fueling between the aircraft filling station and the landing field. The impurities and moisture werefiltered from the fuel and the fuel flow can be exactly measured.

Approach aircraft at <=5 km/h, stop within 30m. Position for best hose reach.
Ground aircraft before starting. Connect and verify grounding cable.
For platform refueling: raise to wing level. For reel: use ladder safely. Inspect aircraft receptacle first.
After 1000L flow, check fuel sample for water/contaminants.
Monitor flow, pressure, and leaks continuously. Always maintain deadman control
Refueling--aircraft could be fueled from fuel tank via double deck hose or single reel hose after filtration
andmeasurement.Defueling--aircraft could be defueled/drilled via double deck hose or single reel hose after filtration andmeasurement.
Filling--vehicle can be filled with fuel for storage or use.
In-tank cycle mixing.
(Operate as a) Mobile pumping unit.
Immediately stop refueling operations by releasing the deadman handle (or activating the deadman override switch).
Disconnect the refueling adapter and retract the hose.
Place the pressure refueling adapter into its corresponding storage tube.
Lower the work platform.
Retract the static grounding wire.
Activate the interlock override switch located in the cab.
Drive the refueler away from the hazardous area.
Shut down the engine.
